Vintage Amethyst Diamond 14K Gold Earrings Designer Signed Estate Large

These beautiful estate earrings are crafted in rich 14K yellow gold. Signed by designer on the inside, it appears to be letter M and something else. The earrings are set with a genuine earth mined large oval cut amethyst 13.9mm x 9.9mm, for a total 12.8 carats! The amethysts have a vibrant purple color with a very strong brilliance!! Most likely African stones, very rich color! There are 40 sparkling round cut diamonds, for a grand total weight of 1.10 carats for the pair. The diamonds are set in a halo and estimated to be clean VS-2 in clarity and G in color (near colorless). Very white diamonds, extremely well cut!! The earrings measure 18.5mm (3/4") x 15.42mm. They are for pierced ears with secure omega backs. The earrings weigh substantial 11 grams of 14K gold.
