This beautiful drawing by the famous Painter, Sculptor and Architect Franz Brantzky is a rare find. It is one of the original sketches used for his famous book "Reiseskizzen" (Travel Sketches) which was released in 1895. It comes for the private collection from Brantzky.

Franz Brantzky is best known for his sketches and drawings during his travels and even published a book about them (Reiseskizzen). He was born on January 19th 1871 in Cologne (Germany). He won several golden medals at the international art exhibits in Munich and Düsseldorf. He was also a famous architect. He designed the Eastasia Museum in Cologne, the Romefountian in Cologne, serveral Churches, the Möhne Dam and many more buildings.
Condition: Good condition with nice color and light tanning. Please see pictures.
