This is a fantastic scratch built dolls house from the late 1960s early 1970s,

The build is fantastic and very solid, opens up beautifully to display the inside, there is some work that could be done to tidy up the interior, small gluing required to certain areas of felt carpet and wallpaper, I have left exactly as found so the new owner can do as much or as little as they feel necessary.

The detail is excellent with all hand painted exterior including trees/plants etc, different wallpapers and floor coverings in each room.
