This attractive 9-1/4" plate bears the early one-line impressed mark: MASON'S IRONSTONE PATENT CHINA. That mark dates the plate c 1813-20.

It is in excellent condition. There are no chips, no cracks, no crazing and no repairs. There is some wear to the gilding. and the pattern shows wear on the inner ridge of the plate. The plate rings when tapped.
