This cast iron paperweight is a very rare Hubley design. It is of a Victorian style lady wearing a large black hat. I believe this is one of the designs Grace Drayton made for Hubley. It has the large eyes and round rosy cheeks of her dolly dingle girls. This one retains much of its original paint. The majority of paint chipping as on the wide brimmed hat. The paint on the face is in good condition. This is a wonderful, rare Hubley paperweight. A super find for an advanced Hubley or cast iron collector.
