This vintage cast iron bank is designed as a Dutch girl in a blue dress with a white collar and cuffs. She is wearing a white apron which covers most of the skirt and a white bonnet. In her left arm is a bouquet of red and yellow tulips. This bank design was sold by Hubley in the 1930's. The paint on this one is original. The white areas have darkened some over the years but overall the paint is in good condition with little chipping. There is no damage to the iron and this bank displays well. This is a nice vintage piece that would be an attractive addition to a cast iron and/or bank collection.
NOTE:
We will be listing Hubley's dutch boy on a barrel bank. The two make a great pair and we would be happy to combined shipping if interested in both.
