This vintage French hair barrette is a rarity. There was no other beach beauty like her to be found.

She's carved and outlined in white on black Lucite. Her blue hat and dotted bathing suit are enamel painted.

This hair clip barrette measures 3 1/2 by 1 3/4 inches. The back is marked MADE IN FRANCE.

Minimal surface wear. Overall in excellent vintage condition. Stylized art for the hair. Circa 1960s.
