Antique Cast Iron Cherub Angel Paperweight, Garden, Architectural

An Antique cast iron Cherub Angel. I don't know what the Angel was originally used for, she is very heavy and has smooth edges and looks to be sand cast because of the texture, perhaps she was a paperweight or for a Garden or architectural element? She reminds me of an English Tudor style. The Angel measures 8 3/4" wide x 4 1/4" x 1 1/4" deep and weighs 3 1/2 pounds. She is in good overall condition.
