This is a wonderful old match holder or could be used as a toothpick holder. The match holder is made of copper to resemble a wooden barrel. The brass holder is made to look like branches. The barrel swings freely. The match safe is in good vintage condition with a great old patina. One side of the barrel is indented but looks like it has always been that way. Take a moment and review the photographs, remember you can zoom in to take a closer look to determine the condition for yourself.

The match safe would look great on a desk, bookcase or in your kitchen. The match safe stands 2 ¾ inches high and is 2 ¾ inches wide. This match safe dates to the early 1900s and does not have a maker’s mark. Enjoy!
