Here is a vintage brass and enamel buckle by Koleaco of Dallas, Texas. The edges are smooth with a detailed design in the middle with two deer in a landscape. The brass has a dark antiqued finish, the three-dimensional design with the two deer has dark red enameling. A belt that is 1.5 inches in width would fit perfect with the buckle.

The company made more than one version of this buckle, and this one is from the earliest production. On the back is the company name and logo, along with the word "Dallas". Only the very early versions of this buckle had that word under the logo. The style number is A-16 and is stamped near the bottom.

The buckle is in very good condition, and it has been cleaned with soap and water. There are some nicks along the edges, but these are barely noticeable. My pictures were taken with a close-up lens, so the tiny imperfections seem to appear larger than they really are.
