This is a Silver City Flanders decorated clear glass 13 3/4" sandwich tray. Silver City took clear glass blanks made by other companies and decorated them in sterling silver overlay designs. Flanders is a design of poppies. This blank is the Constellation pattern by Indiana Glass. Indiana produced Constellation starting in 1962. Silver City was active in the 1940s-60s from what I can tell. The platter is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The sterling overlay is also in excellent shape.
