Art Deco Statue of Boy on Sled Paper Weight

This is a small figure made of Spelter metal, looks like bronze, with gold cold paint, that is mounted on a polished onyx base. The boy appears to be racing along on ice on his sled pushing with a stick. He is bundled up wearing a toque, coat and shoes. Appears to made to decorate your desk top, to hold paper work. The base measures 3 x 4 inches, it stands 2 ½ inches tall. Circa 1920-30, no makers mark. Possibly made in France, Belgium.
